WALT: Solve Multi choice word problems

For this task we had to figure out what the answer was for this problem. My favourite part was the  equation. Maybe next time I could try and finish all of my task.

When a earthquake happens

This week we have been doing this thing and it´s called drop cover and hold it is the best way for you  to stay safe in a earthquake like if you see someone that  was out their then you tell them to get under a table our a disk cause if you don´t want to get damage then stay safe

this morning we had to get under our disk when a earthquake happens 

I have enjoyed doing the practice of drop cover and hold 

what i need to improve what i need to do next time is doing the practice  properly

This week we have been w.o this  multi step word problems like for example. Ryan had 20 jelly beans 

and he give six away how much does Ryan have left? for this you need a equation W.O and answer.

what did I do well?  writing the A. for answer E.  for equation and W.O is for working out

what i need to do next time? write  the problems in order.                   

Mapere planting day

 WALT: Write about our Mapere planting  experience 

This week we have been doing some planting and we had to work hard. We got told we planted 750 plants. Do you know which classes came with us to Mapere planting  day they were Room 5, 7 and 11. They were good classes for helping because with more people helping, the job got done quickly. 

Do you know who my adult leader was? It was Mrs Myers. What did I do well? Digging up the holes. What do I need to do next time? Try not to put sand in the hole when Mrs Myers is digging?

This week we have been working on our maths word problems where we had to write an equation, show our working out and answers.  I think I did well figuring out the answers to the maths word problems.  The thing that was hard for me was writing the equation after reading the maths word problems.
