WALT: Solve maths word problems
This week we have been working on our maths word problems where we had to write an equation, show our working out and answers. I think I did well figuring out the answers to the maths word problems. The thing that was hard for me was writing the equation after reading the maths word problems.
Kia ora Roscoe, I like the way you have used the Place value partitioning strategy to work out these word problems. Maybe next time you could check over your working out e.g 8+7=15 and answers e.g 159 oranges. Keep up the good effort! Ms Peters
